General of the Army - 1 | Hands down orders from top leader, second in command basically.
General - 2-3 | Takes orders from the General and pass them to Majors
Lieutenant General - 2-3 | Assist Generals
Major General - 2-3 | Leads Division of 300 soldiers (All-out force)
Brigadier General - 2-3 | Leads Brigade of 150 soldiers
Colonel 4-12 | Leads regiments of 100 fighters
Lieutenant Colonel - 4-12 | Assists Colonel
Major - 4-12 | Leads Company of 64 fighters
Captain - 4-12 | Leads Platoon of 32 fighters
First Lieutenant - 4-12 | Assists Captain
Second Lieutenant - 4-12 | Assists Captain
