Announcedate!

you guys must hate me as an admin! i've been such a flake with school and other stuff recently i am SO sorry to have put this place on the back-burner. i even missed the first month update! GAH!

but this coming week is spring break so i'm hoping to do more around here and do some important things concerning plots and a way to really spice everything up around here and increase activity (especially from myself)

so right now i'm looking for ideas that can get everything rolling. either post here or pm them to me. i'm open to anything!

Speaking for myself.

The three lower ranking members of Savage Shadows (Egger, Darkeyes and Keensight) are going to head out and raid a small warren in the Protocol thread.

I plan to continue having threads like that for we Vermin until some of the other vermin posters get back. With no significant goodbeast players to oppose us, we'll stick with hunting down NPC's that we, the bad guys, control. Eventually, I'd like for our stealthy raids to eventually be noticed, giving some goodbeast players reason to want to patrol the Mossflower woods.

I'm still willing to thread with any character, vermin or goodbeast, who has reason to be out in Mossflower.

For boosting activity, I contend that there is little that can be done. Drop an advertisement on the other writing boards out there, and eventually folks will come on down. It takes time though, especially considering school schedules and all that.

I would recommend NOT opening any big plots just yet.

I would recommend having some kind of activity thread, where in the middle of each month, you have a mandatory "Say if you're here" thread. Then, you can check off who's active, and it gives folks a chance to say "I'm here, just busy." and whatnot.

i do like what you have planned so far with your characters and perhaps it would get goodbeasts in mossflower (aka mezla. siava [who's not a goodbeast, but she could partake in some fun] and such) to become active. and all of your other suggestions are great! if you'll notice, i JUST got the affiliate slot up on the left side beneath the cbox so hopefully we'll start getting some traffic that way.
