The Circus is in Town!

Well, they're almost always in town... But that's beside the point. I wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but it's sort of like a plot, so here it is: Rosie is in a circus, but there needs to be other circusbeasts, too!

The circus does big shows every so often at night, when the weather is right, and upon request (usually for Redwall - they love Redwall, and are free to perform at any feasts and such). Their show varies every night, it's a little impromptu. There's the acrobatic twins (Rosie and Murk), storytelling, firebreathing (if they can find (an)other firebreather(s)), juggling, singing, dancing, the whole shebang. And then they also do daily side acts (kind of like... sidewalk performers, but there are no sidewalks here), where they just do little tricks, as sort of a taste of the big thing. But, the problem is, they're lacking a bit in performers. That's where you come in!

Technically, it's a family circus, so they're important. (FYI, the second name 'Whitefoot' is optional for all of them - Rosie decided to take her father's second name).

Poppy, her mother, is a little older now and was wounded badly in the fight with vermin (see Rosie's history in my character log), so can't do as many of the acrobatics and such as she used to be able to do (or maybe that's just what she wants you to think...). She's sort of the ringmaster, and does some fortune telling and storytelling, but other than that you can come up with some other acts for her.

Holly, the older sister, is much more softspoken than the rest of the family, and she's kind of a second mother/caretaker, especially since the loss of Thorny and Pip (again, see character log). She does much of the dancing/singing/storytelling, and can do other acts if you want, but those are the main things.

Murk, Rosie's twin brother, is especially important, because he's the other half of the acrobatic act. In terms of personality, he's more reserved and much less impulsive than Rosie is, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's entirely introverted and shy. He's just more so than Rosie is (which, honestly, doesn't say much). And she constantly drags him on her little mischievous adventures. The two have sort of a 'twin bond', because they've spent so much time at each other's sides their whole lives, and so they can just about always tell what the other is thinking (which comes in handy in their act). Now that they're older, they're not always together like when they were little, but they're still close.

That's all for the family, but the circus is open for any beast with a talent who wants to come join, and they'd basically be adopted as part of the family.

Though their front is just as a circus, this also serves as sort of a fighting force. Since the vermin attack, Poppy has made sure the whole family knows how to defend itself, and all of them always have a weapon or two hidden somewhere on their person. Anyone that joins would have to be able to fight, or learn how. Mostly, it's for their own protection, but they'd also come to the aid of Redwall if needed. They also keep their eyes and ears out for any possible threats to Redwall.

So... yeah. Post if you want to join/have any suggestions or whatever... Oh, and name ideas. I haven't really picked one yet.

Yes, it's bland, hush. I have a headache and personally I'm not good with these things called names. ;3

EDIT: The one in Rosie's history looks good, maybe with a small modification to add 'Family' in there somewhere?

Nah, it's good. XD Personally I just smoosh randomly letters and vowels into something that sounds good. o3o

As far as names... how about "The Whitefooted Troupe"? ... >_> Just throwing something out there, heh. ^^;
